Dave & Gabe at TR Passalacqua Ranch

One of the features that will play an important role in Drink Dry Creek is Joint Reviews. In these particular cases Dave and Gabe will each offer their unique perspectives on the bottle of wine, winery, restaurant or event in question. As they each come to this with different experiences, thoughts and approaches it will offer readers two distinct outlooks.

In addition to the obvious benefit of two different reviews of one subject, it will also allow visitors a side by side snapshot into their contrasting styles. In general, Gabe’s take leans toward wine reviewing tradition, while Dave approaches things with a bit more whimsy and comes at this from a regular guy perspective.
